Corey Woods (Fred Savage) breaks his emotionally troubled brother, Jimmy (Luke Edwards), out of an institution and they head for California. I remember seeing a movie as a kid where a woman crosses a hallway from one room to another and she gets startled by something and drops her towel. I am not sure but I am almost certain that it was a children’s movie and remember thinking at the time that it shouldn’t have been in a PG movie. This would have been mid-90′s when I saw this movie. Anybody recall what movie it is? It’s been driving me nuts.

MITT: "I'm not running on marriage and marijuana, those are state issues, right? Aren't they? Really? Yeah, Yeah." REPORTER: "Well they could be Federal issues." No Mitt, they aren't just "state issues" they are Federal issues as well. You see Mitt, Federal Laws supersede State Laws which is why people want a Federal Law legalizing Same-sex Marriage and Federal Laws legalizing Marijuana – duh. I cannot believe any serious candidate for US President would not know that both Marriage and Marijuana are Federal issues and have been for almost 200 years. How can Mitt, of all people, not know that Marriage is a Federal Issue? The Federal Marriage Law MABA (Morrill Anti-Bigamy Act) is why Grandpa Romney gave up his US Citizenship and moved to Mexico with his 5 wives and started his polygamy colony – or, as they were known in the 70's, free-loving nudist colony. Has Mitt Romney no clue what DOMA is? What does Mitt think President Obama is talking about when he says he won't litigate DOMA? What does Mitt thing Speaker John Boehner is talking about when he says he'll use Millions of Taxpayer Dollars litigating DOMA? Maybe Mitt's daddy never told him that it was the Federal Marriage Law, Morrill Anti-Bigamy Act, (MABA) which made bigamy a punishable federal offense in all US territories and other federal laws followed MABA were designed to end the practice of polygamy. Perhaps Mitt should be told that the following is a simple illustration of HOW Marriage is a Federal Issue <b>…</b>

orth Carolina voters overwhelmingly passed a constitutional amendment that defines marriage as solely between a man and a woman, but not much is expected to change immediately. That's because North Carolina law already banned gay marriage. The amendment voters passed Tuesday night by about 61 percent of voters effectively will seal the door on same-sex marriages and potentially have other effects farther down the road.
